  1. Chardonnay
    Chardonnay
    Entwined Vines Chardonnay provides a decent medium acidity with notes of citrus hints of lemon, and vanilla from oak. Supple and slightly buttery, it lingers on the palate with its layers of toast and spice. Extremely versatile with foods, this is the "red wine" of white wines, combining perfectly with grilled pork, chicken, fish, salads and cream-based pasta sauces.
  2. Pinot Grigio
    Pinot Grigio
    Entwined Vines Pinot Grigio is a light bodied wine with tastes of crisp apple, undertones of white peach, and floral notes with a crisp finish. Though dry in character and with a pleasant zip of acidity, this Pinot Grigio shows off a pleasant floral fragrance and tremendous fruit flavors, making it the perfect picnic accompaniment.

    Oklahoma Rose´´has wonderful hints of lime, ginger, lemon grass, white florals, and grapefruit with hints of leather on the nose. Dense, and textural in the mouth, with lime, grapefruit, nectarine, almond and honey characters.

    This Pinot Noir creates a lasting impression on the palate with an intense ripe-grape and black cherry aroma, accented by a spicy suggestion of cinnamon and mint. Medium-full bodied and rich but not heavy, it's perfectly balanced with alcohol acid and tannin working harmoniously, and has substantial flavor despite its delicacy. It has an appealing soft, velvety texture, like liquid silk gently caressing the palate.

    Oklahoma Malbec
    Malbec a thick-skinned grape full of color, tannin and flavor, Malbec makes wines of great power and character. Its palate is filled with blackberry, plum, tar, red pepper, sweet cherry, spice, licorice and deep bittersweet notes, almost like unsweetened chocolate or espresso.

    Oklahoma Tempranillo
    Gorgeous ruby red in color, this medium-bodied wine is Spain's answer to Cabernet Sauvignon, with berry, plum and herbal notes running to a lush finish of tobacco, leather and vanilla. Pairs well with roast pork, sheep's milk cheeses, roasted vegetables or lamb.

    This cabernet combines forward fruit flavors of cherry, raspberry and black currant with a tremendous backing of tannin and structure that is approachable. It is rich and polished with a long, layered finish warmly accentuated with oak. This cabernet is a robust wine that will reward those with the patience to age it. Food pairings: roasted or grilled beef dishes, lamb, and ribs. Also hard or savory firm cheeses.
